How do I place my Modalyst order through Wix.

Learn how to process Wix orders in Modalyst, pay suppliers, and track shipments to your customers.

Orders placed in your Wix store are automatically synced to Modalyst. Once the order appears in your Modalyst dashboard, you can submit payment to the supplier, who will then fulfill and ship the order directly to your customer.

All incoming orders can be found in the Orders section of your Modalyst dashboard, where you can manage fulfillment, track order statuses, and monitor shipment updates.

Please note: For products sourced from Independent Suppliers, Trendy Items, and Beauty Brands, the entire order fulfillment process takes place directly within the Modalyst app. You will not be redirected to an external website to complete payment, as all order payments are processed within Modalyst.

If your order contains an AliExpress or Alibaba product, please follow these instructions.

In order to process an order on Modalyst, go to the Orders section. By default, the filters are set to the last 30 days, with the most recent Open orders on top.

You can also be directed to the Orders section in Modalyst directly from your store.

Review the order details, including the customer's name and shipping address. If any information is incorrect, you can edit the customer's address before placing the order by clicking the Edit button next to the shipping address.

Click Pay Now to pay for the order. You will be directed to a checkout page with the itemized cost of the transaction, including the shipping cost.

Once you click Pay Now, you will be directed to a page on which you select your payment method. You can submit payment via credit/debit card or Paypal.

What happens after you process an order?

Supplier prepares the order
Once you process the order, the supplier is notified and begins preparing it for shipment. If you have questions about the order status, you can contact the supplier directly through the Modalyst Inbox. Be sure to allow for the supplier's stated processing time before following up.

Supplier ships the order


When the order ships, the supplier will provide tracking and courier information in Modalyst. The tracking details will automatically sync to your store, and your customer will be notified based on your store's notification settings.
