This is very important so please read the below carefully.

When your customer places an order on your store, in order to have it properly fulfilled on Modalyst or through one of Modalyst's Extension Partners, you must AVOID selecting Mark as Fulfilled on Shopify.

If you select Mark as Fulfilled, the order will be updated in our database as Fulfilled, making it impossible for you to seamlessly pay for this order via your Modalyst account to have it fulfilled and sent to your customer.

Again, please do not click the Mark as Fulfilled button, as this will interfere with the proper and timely processing of your order.
