Yes, the retailer is responsible for paying for shipping. When a retailer pays for an order, the shipping rate is automatically included in the invoice. The shipping rate is determined by the location of your inventory and the location of the customer.

You need to set up your rates in Shipping section found in the purple left navigation bar.

Here you can indicate which countries you ship to, the processing item, and delivery times. You can also select which regions you ship products to internationally.

In the unfortunate case that a retailer needs to return an item, we have the following rules.

  • If the item is damaged, the wrong item was sent, or their is a problem with the quality - the supplier is responsible for the return shipping

  • In all other cases, the retailer is responsible for return shipping
