Why do I receive an error when trying to select a shipping method?

For some items, AliExpress does not give us their shipping courier, shipping time, and rate. Therefore, we are not able to sync this item with your store. 

Modalyst requires that a shipping method is selected when you add a product to your store. This shipping method will be used to automatically place your order through our API. Without knowing the shipping method, we cannot sync the order. We, therefore, block the item from being synced with your store.

This is what the item will look like in Modalyst when this happens:

When you go to the Pricing tab, you will see that the Shipping Method says that it is not selected.

And when you click to select the Shipping Method, you will see that there is an error.

We use the shipping method selected in the Import List to sync your orders with AliExpress after a customer buys it. Without knowing the shipping method, we cannot sync the order. We, therefore, block the item from being synced with your store.

AliExpress has many suppliers selling the same product. We suggest searching for this item and adding it to Modayst from a different supplier.
