Yes, most Suppliers ship internationally. However, Suppliers can enable / disable regions in their account if they do not wish to ship internationally.
When you are viewing an Item Detail, you can click on the "Shipping Rates" tab to see the cost associated with the region in which your store is based.
However, you may receive an order from a customer that is located outside of your region so it is best to check the "See All Destinations and Shipping Costs" if you are expecting international orders. This will show you if this supplier has disabled any regions.
