• The order information will be synced with Shopify and correctly accounted for on both systems

  • The order first appears in Pending Payment

  • The Retailer pays for the product

  • The order moves to Paid

  • The inventory count is reduced on Modalyst and your Shopify store to reflect this order

  • The order can be fulfilled in the Shopify Admin or the Modalyst Admin

  • When the you add the tracking info, the order moves to Shipped & Fulfilled. This change is also reflected on the "orders" section of our Shopify Admin.
