AliExpress offer free returns and refunds for participating categories across eight countries. The following regions are eligible:

Under the new policy, customers with an eligible address will see a “free return” sign on the webpage of the eligible products. Customers can request a free return and refund for those products within 15 days of receiving their order.

In addition to mobile phones, underwear, food categories, and customized products, products priced over $1000 are not eligible for free returns.

Customers can go to local post offices to return unwanted products and receive their refund in three days. The processing time varies depending on the payment solution they used to buy the product.

You must request a return within 15 days of receiving the item(s). To return an item, you must keep the item in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.

If you are returning multiple items from the same seller, please return them together to enjoy "Free Return" on all items. If you return the item one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

A full refund will be given once AliExpress has received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund from AliExpress.

Your refund will be returned to the same billing used to make the original payment on the order with the supplier.

We're sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported. However, you may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, since the return order and the new order are independent processes.

The new "free return" program is an upgrade from a previously launched "local return" program that had been operating in 7 countries. Under the previous plan, customers had to cover the delivery fee for the return orders. The new program provides free and streamlined service to enable AliExpress consumers to shop with confidence.
