Modalyst is an official partner of Alibaba.com. Through this partnership, Modalyst is authorized to connect with Alibaba suppliers and products for dropshipping.
Before you can import products from Alibaba using Modalyst, please make sure you have completed the steps to connect your Alibaba account.
Once your account is connected, you can begin importing Alibaba products into your Modalyst account.
You can import products in two ways:
Directly from the Modalyst Marketplace
Directly from the Alibaba catalog
Import Alibaba Products from the Modalyst Marketplace
Go to the Modalyst Marketplace page.
Click on “Suppliers” and use the filter to find Alibaba suppliers.
You will see a selection of Alibaba products that can be added directly to your Import List. However, for a wider product catalog, you can browse products directly on Alibaba.
Import Products from the Alibaba Marketplace
Go to your Dashboard and select “Add Products from Alibaba.”
Make sure you are logged into your Alibaba account.
You will then be redirected to Alibaba, where you can browse and import products directly into Modalyst.
Find a product you would like to import into your Modalyst account. There are two ways to add products to your Import List:
Option 1: Add Products from the Search Results Page
While browsing products on Alibaba, locate the item you would like to import and click on “Dropshipping List”
Then, click “Import.” A banner will appear asking which platform you would like to import the product to. Select “Modalyst,” and the product will be added to your Import List within a few seconds.
Option 2: Add Products from the Product Details Page
You can also import products directly from the product details page. Open the product and click on “Start Dropshipping.”
Next, select “Modalyst” from the available options, and the product will automatically appear in your Import List within a few seconds.
