If the Retailer is within the 2 week (or any other returns policy set by you), returns date, you are required to refund them the exact amount they paid you for the product apart from shipping. 

Once the retailer is refunded, please email support@modalyst.co to request a refund of the service fee. We will issue refund of service fee under all circumstances except when a Supplier has failed to update the inventory and an out of stock item is sold incorrectly.
