If you order status does not change on Modalyst even after you have paid the Supplier to ship the order, please get in touch with our team via the Live Chat or directly at team@modalyst.co. We will help you fix this.

Please note:
When the order fails to update its status after it's been paid, it is usually related to the inventory sync. It will not delay or negatively affect the fulfillment of your customer's order. Your customer will still receive it once it is shipped by the Supplier.
