When you source and sell products with Modalyst, all orders are shipped directly to your customers by the suppliers we connect you to.

When you purchase an item from the Supplier, you will have to pay for the shipping as well. This happens after your customer places an order on your store. The shipping rate depends on the shipping method and the country your customer is located in. These rates vary by Supplier. For more information on our Supplier's shipping rates, click here.

​On your Shopify store, you must set up shipping rates and zones. These settings dictate what your customer is charged when they purchase an item. You may choose to offer "free shipping" and automatically roll the cost of shipping into the product price. Enabling this feature in our Pricing Rules will ensure you will not lose any additional profit margin by offering free shipping.

​Please note:
​Modalyst does not import products with the shipping details (delivery window or shipping rate).  Therefore, you must set your shipping settings in your Shopify admin.
